Kerstin Isa
Kerstin’s journey in yoga began during a solo trip to Bali in 2010. Her daily yoga routine transformed her perspective on life, inspiring her to share her passion with others. After completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training, she traveled in her van teaching Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa Yoga in Spain. Back in Germany, she continued studying and teaching yoga. In this period, Kerstin dove deeper into the profound benefits of working with the mind-body connection. This motivated her to study somatic psychotherapy, becoming an alternative practitioner in Berlin, where she works with clients in 1:1 sessions and conducts workshops and healing circles. Kerstin’s ever-growing passion for yoga and psychology led her to complete the 300-hour yoga therapy and integrative medicine course with Massimo to obtain her 500-hour certification and teach alongside him. In this course, Kerstin will teach therapeutic asanas, pranayama, and meditation, as well as provide theory classes in psychology and yoga philosophy. She will also introduce hands-on somatic therapy techniques in the course, empowering the participants to support their future students and clients to come into their authentic expression.

Katerina after many years of artistic and spiritual search came to the conclusion that the most remarkable art is the art of breathing and this path was revealed to her through the practice of Yoga and Zen Shiatsu, which is the union between soul, body, and spirit, that is, the power of our own self who peacefully observes, cares, fights for good, balance, consciousness, harmony, peace of mind, the consciousness of the deeper self and the whole.
